Serpent Sokoban Devlog

This page is a development log of my upcoming game, Serpent Sokoban. I have finished the game's functionality, and am now working on levels.

This is the first footage of the game. At this point, I was not using any sprites, rather drawing coloured rectangles in code.

At this point, I had switched over to sprites, but had not made any proper graphics, rather using only debug textures.

This video shows the addition of doors and switches, which could be activated by both the snake and boxes.

This is what the game looks like now. It features basic introductory levels to all the game's mechanics. I had added length locks, which open depending on the snake's length, and portals which teleport the player. Noticeably, this video shows the additon of textures, improving the game's look.
